FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Members of the Forsyth County S.W.A.T. team took a murder suspect into custody this morning at his residence on Autry Mill Road.
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the Dade County Sheriff’s Office that a murder suspect — Tyler Davis, 24 — was believed to be headed back to his home in Cumming.
Davis is a suspect in the shooting death of his brother Julian Clifton Davis in Panama City Beach, Florida. he is believed to have driven to Florida where the shooting took place before driving back to Cumming.
Within one hour of his return, S.W.A.T. set up a perimeter around the Autry Mill home and Davis surrendered peacefully.
He is being held in the Forsyth County Jail.
