White County Board of Commissioners meets Thursday

WHITE COUNTY, Ga. — The White County Board of Commissioners will meet Thursday, April 14 at 10 a.m. in the County Administration Building to consider the following land use applications:

• Michael Clark’s request for a conditional use permit for a church located on one acre at 9760 Duncan Bridge Road in Cleveland;
• Eric Martinez’s request for a conditional use permit on one acre at Unicoi Hills Trail in Sautee Nacoochee to be entered into the county’s short-term rental program;
• Daniel Flanders’ request for a conditional use permit on 4.4 acres locate at 4071 Chimney Mountain Road in Sautee Nacoochee to be placed in the county’s short-term rental program

The Board will also consider authorization for an advertised, sealed bid process for a flooring installation project at the White County Health Department.
