FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A 67-year-old Forsyth County man was killed in a single-vehicle accident today (Dec. 2) in the area of Post Road and Willis Road at approximately 11 a.m.
Based on witness statements and physical evidence on-scene, it was determined that Thomas Shriner was traveling south bound on Post road near 6905 Post Road, whenhis F-250 pickup truck crossed over into north bound traffic and continued off the roadway and struck a tree in the wood line. The driver, 67-year-old Thomas Shriner of Forsyth County, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, along with other emergency personnel, arrived on scene and found the driver unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
