PRESS RELEASE – Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident that occurred at the skate park at Fowler Park this afternoon.

A verbal altercation between a large group of teens and young adults became physical.

One suspect produced a knife and cut a victim who suffered non-life threating injuries. An older adult produced a firearm ordering the suspect to drop the knife. Two (2) individuals are in custody.

FCSO’s Major Crimes Unit is on-scene and continuing the investigation. Case remains on-going.
