FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. – Forsyth County officials are soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified firms and operators to provide complete management, maintenance, and operational services for the Polo Fields Equestrian Center (5890 Polo Dr.).
Proposals for the lease and management services of the Polo Field Equestrian Center must be submitted in the order stated in the LOI by 2 p.m. on Sept. 1.

A pre-proposal meeting for any interested parties will be held at the Polo Fields Equestrian Center (5890 Polo Dr.) at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 16. All firms having interest in this LOI are strongly encouraged
to attend.
“We are looking for a private enterprise for the equestrian center that will be able to operate the stable building and equine program at the Polo Fields,” said Director of Parks & Recreation Jim Pryor. “We have toured some other local equestrian facilities and are partnering with a supervisor of a similar local facility to provide support on reviewing the proposals submitted.”
