Cumming man charged with sexual battery

HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A Cumming man is in the Hall County Jail today charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexually battery after he allegedly assaulted female inmates.

Charles Henry Rice, 49, of Cumming worked for a company that provides meal services for the Hall County Jail. Sheriff’s Office investigators say Rice assaulted the three female victims between June 16 and June 18 of this month.

Rice was booked into the Hall County Jail but was released on a $17,100 bond
