Forsyth Planning Commission meets Tuesday

FORSYTH COUNTY – The Planning Commission will hold a work session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday (June 15) in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street in Cumming.

Under New Business, commissioners will discuss:

• DC modifications related to zoning action;
• UDC modifications related to undisturbed areas of separation;
• UDC modifications related to exterior buffer requirements;
• UDC modifications related to administrative variances;
• UDC modifications related to open space and low-impact storm water design incentives.

Commissioners will also review the following zoning applications:

• ZA3994 – WP South Acquisitions, L.L.C.
• ZA4001 – Century Communities of Georgia, LLC;
• ZA4007 – Jonathan Gonzalez;
